VOC
Depending on what traffic your space will be exposed to, there may be VOC Free options. Other sealants have an extremely strong smell that will need you to evacuate your space.
Resistance
All of our coatings to an extend block most substances. Depending on your needs, we may propose a stronger coating to block harsher chemicals or substances that your floor may be exposed to.
Texture
If anti-slip is a concern, we can always add or upgrade you with a silica broadcast or 50 grit powder additive. These additives will provide a texture allowing more slip resistance.
